Hi,

My name is Jack. I am a West Highland White Terrier. You might know me as a Westie. I came from Oklahoma Westie Rescue.

I am so excited to tell you that I got a new family for Easter! Yeah! I moved to Ardmore, Oklahoma. I got a new home, a new family and a new sister. My sister's name is Lucy. She is a Boston Terrier. Lucy taught me two important things at my new house. First I learned how to go on squirrel patrol. Lucy and I guard the pecan trees from squirrels. I could do that for hours. The squirrels run along the tops of the fence. Lucy and I bark and chase them back and forth. Big time fun.

Lucy and I also guard the house. We have a special stool where we sit and watch out the window. We see the joggers, watch the children and wait for the mailman.I have been such a good boy. I have never had an accident. I play with Lucy. And I don't touch anything that isn't mine.

The most fun is just hanging out with my family. Mom and dad are cool. We play and sleep. Sometimes the grandkids come over and we play fetch all afternoon. Of course, I still love to take long naps.

You may not believe it, but I have already been on a big boat with my new family. I have my own life jacket. You can call me Captain jack!
