Hi Meredith,
Todd and I wanted to thank you and the OK Westie Rescue for helping us find Brody. From the moment you brought him to our house, he has made himself right at home. He and his older brother Willy get along wonderfully and are attached at the hip. Willy has never been happier and gets plenty of exercise while keeping up with Brody. For the first week they played for title of ‘Top Dog’ but then realized that it was much more fun to tackle their Daddy Todd together on his recliner. The boys sleep with us and Brody didn’t have any objections to that from the start. Willy and Brody spend their time when we are at work on a window seat watching for squirrels and cars. When outside they patrol the parameter of our fence and love to play fetch. Brody has finally learned to slow down before stopping when he reaches a toy, before he would end up flipping himself over. Either way, Todd and I get a great kick out of watching him play. He continues to show us another side of his quirky personality which makes us love him even more each day. Brody is the perfect addition to our family and I wonder how we were ever without him. I’ve attached some photos of the boys on their window seat, after their first bath and cuddling on our (ok, their) bed.
