Bennett is a beautiful 3 year old boy that was taken from a Missouri kennel by the USDA and was deposited in a shelter with his girlfriend, Sweetie Pie. They were both frightened and dirty, but were glad to get out of the shelter. After a haircut and several baths, Bennett is finally getting whiter. He has been neutered, vaccinated and his teeth have been cleaned to a shiny white. He likes his foster brothers and sisters and is learning how to play with them.
Bennett is doing better every day with his potty training and sleeps in his crate all night without a peep. He is extremely attached to his foster Mom and is never more than a foot away. When she gets home from work, he dances around and runs in circles as if to say, "I am so glad you're home and you're my Mommy!" He is still pretty frightened of things that he doesn't know about, but that is pretty normal. Bennett will be a lovely pet for anyone who wants a doggie to hang out with. Do you need a furry friend? Bennett will be your best friend ever!
Bennett is fostered in the Tulsa area.
NOTE: This dog is
being fostered in a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME. You must complete and
submit an Adoption
Application and be approved to adopt prior to being able
to meet the dog. Oklahoma Westie Rescue will only adopt
to applicants who reside within the following states: OK, AR,
MO, KS and TX. If you live outside these areas OR if you have
children under the age of 10, please do not
apply for this dog.
Preference is given to homes with fenced yards. We do not
ship our pets. Be prepared to travel to Tulsa, OK, or Oklahoma
City, OK, to pick up
this dog in person if your application is approved. The requested adoption donation for
this dog is $250. |
